The Cloak of Destiny takes its name and look from the garment worn by Doctor Fate in the comics, and in Injustice: Gods Among Us Mobile it stands as the first gear ever released to offer a crit boost that works on any character rather than just one.
Abilities and Stats
It boosts crit damage substantially and multiplies damage dealt to stunned opponents, and once evolved it adds its own stun chance on tag in, letting a single character both stun a target and then cash in on that stun in the same turn. It is best known as the signature piece for Luchador Bane, whose frequent unblockable stuns let the Cloak's damage bonus fire again and again, and it pairs especially well with LexCorp gear for extra stun chance and crit on Special 1.
