The Merciless is one of the Dark Knights born from the Dark Multiverse, an evil fusion of Batman and the war god Ares forged during the Dark Nights: Metal event, and he arrives in Injustice: Gods Among Us Mobile as one of the game's first Metal tier characters. His Strength of War passive rewards patient, relentless offense with a devastating unblockable payoff.
Abilities and Stats
Strength of War builds with every consecutive hit he lands without taking one back, and once he reaches the threshold his next special attack becomes unblockable, while he and his teammates also gain armor every time any of them tags in. His first special, Weapons of War, calls in his favorite arsenal to strike the enemy, his second, Decimate, launches opponents skyward before slamming them to the ground, and his super move, Annihilator, unleashes an ancient undead army as the God of War, unblockable. Gaslight Batman's bat swarm helps keep basic attacks from resetting his hit streak, making the pairing especially dangerous.
