Your Injustice: Gods Among Us Mobile account has been suspended from Online Battles, and WB support almost never lifts a suspension like this. Wrongly performed unlocks are caught easily by the game's anti-cheat checks, and once the suspension lands, Online Battles, ranked seasons and their rewards stop working on that account. It is not deleted though: single player carries on as normal, so the roster you spent years on is still sitting there, and that roster is what we save.
How the Unban Service Works
At checkout you enter the login of your suspended account and pick your platform, iOS or Android. We go through that account and take a full inventory of everything on it, then create a brand-new account (a new WB ID) for you and rebuild the same roster there: every character at the same Elite rank and level, with the same extra copies, Specials and Augment Stats, and on Premium every gear card at its evolution level as well. On top of that you get 50.000.000 Power Credits and 500 Alliance Credits.
When the rebuild is done, we email you the login details of the new account, its email address and password. Change both to your own right away and the account is fully yours, with Online Battles working again.
How Long It Takes
Every rebuild is done by hand rather than by a script, so this is not an instant delivery: most orders are finished within one to two hours, and at busy times it can take up to 24 hours.
