Abilities and Stats
Shinobi Arts rewards blocking, letting Nightwing and any Batman Ninja ally gain a burst of power for every hit of an opponent's Special Attack they block, while tagging in drains a portion of the enemy's maximum power outright. Once evolved, landing a Dark Special locks the matching enemy special for several seconds. His first special, Warrior of the Night, and second special, Kunaijutsu, both strike from unusual angles, and his unblockable super move, Dark as Night, closes the show with motorcycles and staves. He pairs especially well with Rebirth Green Arrow for stacked power drain and with Gaslight Batman, whose own tag in effects stack with Shinobi Arts to leave enemies blind and powerless at once.
