Abilities and Stats
Once its wearer drops below 15 percent health, Nekron's Scythe adds 20 to 40 percent power steal and 20 to 40 percent lifedrain to every basic attack, letting a dying character claw back health and power at the same time. It also boosts damage by 100 to 200 percent against frozen or stunned opponents, stacking with effects like the Cloak of Destiny for enormous burst damage. Once fully evolved, knocking out an enemy grants a one time resurrection worth 35 to 65 percent health, giving its wearer a second life in the same match.
